Office Response has over 10 years experience of serving the UK with top quality telephone answering services. We started trading from our Bristol offices in July 1999. The business is owner managed by working Directors, Iain McGregor and Martin Blain. Iain and Martin have been working together since 1993.
We are an established Bristol business and our achievements were recognised in 2009 with the coveted award of being “Bristol’s Business of the Year”.
The judging panel included Greg Rogers, of Bristol City Council, Richard Belt, centre director of Cabot Circus, Kerrie Hunt, of Thring Townsend Lee and Pembertons, David Roper and Mark Boughey, of Smith & Williamson, and Rebecca Binns of the South West Regional Development Agency.
Since formation the business has always flourished as a result of helping our clients to achieve their organisation's goals leading to the retention of a satisfied client base. Customers include small businesses, nationally known charities, local Councils, Government Departments and certain "household name" Blue Chip companies.
We operate from offices in central Bristol close to the M32 Motorway and the Temple Meads Railway Station. All calls are answered in our UK office, we do not outsource.
We employ around 150 full and part time staff who are divided into teams specialising in working for the particular needs of our clients. Our projected turnover for 2010 is £3 million.
